I decided to see Itaewon incase the custom made suit shop is till open. But when I arrived the Hamilton 25 shop recommend by JK is already closed, so I decided to roam a round for a while, checking the Nike shop for some winter jacket, unfortunately they only had spring collection now. So I decided to head back and on the way back I picked up 2 skewers of meat, cost w2000 each, taste very yummy.
Just came back from lunch. We had a nice internal organs soup. It consists of Pork intestine stuff with rice noodles, and some port tripe served with assorted Kimchi, seasoned Ku chai, shrimp paste and fresh green chilli and onions. The soup taste amazing. The lunch only cost w7000
Had almost the same thing for breakfast, smoke salmon with salad and cherry tomatoes, croissant, U-don noodle soup, beef porridge with sea weed and some hash brown.
JK drove us around town, passing all the shopping places, Namdaemun market, Itaewon where all the rows full of coffee shops, at least two Starbucks were there, and custom made tailors as well. Apparently this place is close to the army camp, the place is packed. Then we went to the place near the
I went to the restaurant and have a spicy seafood noodle with prawn, mussels, and octopus.
Then Eunkyung ordered some “silk worm” in Korean spicy soup with spring onions and chilli. It taste a bit wierd and smelly at the start like a smell of worm I guess, but after getting used to it, it is not bad. I saw that the other day in the Numdaemun market but don’t dare to try.
I decided to had a big breakfast today, started with Smoked salmon, fresh salad, with beans and fishcake, then croissant, cracker and cheese, then followed by the a fried egg, 2 hashbrown, some dumplings, a bowl of seafood porride, some seaweed, then closed with a slice of pineapple, apple pear and yogurt.
Went to a restaurant around the block. I served spicy squid, there is a pot in the middle of the table, where you can cook the spicy squid, they also server assorted Kimchi, steamed egg, seaweed, some thin fried egg, also some bean sprout soup.
The rice comes in a separate bowl, so you had to tip it in your big bowl which had some seaweed, fresh letture and some vegetable. The lunch only cost W6000
This morning, I had the usual breakfast, croissant, smoked salmon, with salad and cherry tomatoes. Then follow by Fried rice, dumpling, hashbrown, egg and a small bowl of beef porridge. I also had some kimchi from the Japanese section.
Just came back from lunch in one of the restaurant a block a way from the office.
I had Bulgogi, it was really nice, I am really full after this. In this restaurant, when you enter all the assorted Kimchi, chilli with Anchovies, is already served on the table. The table is designed with BBQ plate in mind, so it had the hot plate in the center with exhaust pipe hanging down from the Ceiling.
This morning I had the usual breakfast, some cookies with cheese, Croissant, smoked salmon, and some salad. Then the main is sunny side egg, seaweed, dumpling, hashbrown with tomato sauce. I try to take photos using my phone, but somehow it doesn’t work, well I think it is time to get a new phone.
