I got a chance to peek to the past, way back to the glorious days of a temple. After carefull observation it turnout to be the Kwan Im temple in Labuhan. I wandered around a bit to admire the decoration when someone warn me not to wander too far. The altar was all light up, offerings on the table, on the outside the were rows of light up camp like structure.

I was in Yung ko-ko’s boarding house talking to A Gwek, and Ik Thing’s grandmother were there (never actually met her, but she claim to be). So coming to conversation on who’s engaged & who’s not, Ik Thing’s granny suddenly asked us whether we had a suitable candidate for her grandaughter. Guek said she had a friend that she know reasonably well. So the deal is sealed to met the two person together.
