Sate Padang

Now, introducing the tastiest sate in North Sumatera, sate padang. The following ingredients are necessary:

  • 10 pcs of lime leaves
  • 1/4 pcs of tumeric leave
  • 1/2 stick of cinnamon
  • 2 pcs of star anise
  • 2 pcs of clove (cengkeh)
  • 2 pcs of cardamom (kapulaga)
The following spices needs to be grinded:
  • 5 pcs of chilli
  • 5 pcs of shallot
  • 1 spoon of coriander (ketumbar)
  • 1/2 pepper ball
  • 1 tea spoon of ginger powder
  • 2 tea spoon of tumeric powder
  • 2 tea spoon of sea salt.
Combine all the ingredient and put it all in the boiling water along the beef cube. For approximately 1 hr the and the beef is tender, take the beef out, then put the mix of tapioca and rice flour until the soup thickens.
