Sambal Daun Ubi

– Belacan
– Garlic & Onion
– Chilli paste
– Tiny anchovies
– Galangal (Lengkuas)
– Coconut Milk
– Tumeric (Kunyit)
– Daun salam
– Silverbeet

Heat up the wok, and stir fry the belacan with the chilli paste, Garlic, Onion, Tumeric, daun salam, and anchovies.
Let it simmer for a while, put in the Silverbeet and let it cook.
After it boils, then pour the Coconut milk and let it boil for a few more minutes.
