Pan fried Lobster Tails

Marinate
  1. Pour lemon juice into a small bowl, and slowly whisk in olive oil. Whisk in salt, paprika, white pepper and garlic
Method
  1. Split lobster tails lengthwise on both side with a large knife. Brush the flesh with generous amount of the marinade
  2. Heat up the pan and wait until it is hot. Put in the margarine and work it evenly on the pan
  3. Put the marinated lobster on the pan, keep applying the marinate. Flip the lobster until it is cooked through, and keep applying the marinade. It will takes about 10 to 12 minutes depends on the size of the lobster. The lobster is done when opaque and firm to the touch.
