Indian Curry

I cooked Indian Curry this morning:
– 2 tea spoon of tumeric powder
– 2 table spoon of coriander power
– 2 table spoon of chilly powder
– 5 pieces of bay leaves
– 4 cloves
– 5 clove of garlic (Crushed)
– 1 big onion (finely chopped)
Pour 5 table spoon of oil into the wok, and pour in all the garlic and onions, stir around till all the flavours come out. Pour the rest of the ingredients till all cooked. Pour in the marinated chickens, and stir well.


add some salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste. After all chicken is cooked, add water so that it won’t all dried up.
Served with roti chanai which are heated in a frying pan, and fried with eggs.
