  1. Mixed all flour with the egg yolk, coconut milk, baking powder and oil with spatula. Mix it well
  2. Blend sugar and the egg white using mixer until foamy consistency.
  3. Mixed the sugar mix into the flour mix slowly until all mixed evenly.
  4. Pour the mixed into deeper baking tray and bake in the oven for 50 minute. Test the inside using toothpick to see whether it is baked through.
