Tiramisu

Just finished making Tiramisu, still haven’t taste it yet, will wait till tommorrow to test it. Quite happy with the strong Espresso, I made it from:
– 3 table spoon of Instant Moccona Espresso
– 3 table spoon of bailey
– 4 table spoon of sugar (or however much until you feel it taste good)
The cream consist of the following:
– 2 egg yolk
– 5 generous table spoon of caster sugar
– 250 gr mascapone cheese
Then the also blend the following:
– 2 egg white
– 3 table spoon of caster sugar
